Easy to use, no connection issues
I am very happy with this. It is good device to use on the bike, as the wire avoids lost ear buds. The mic is good for calls and volume easy to control. For the price, it can not be beat

Decent but didn’t last long
I bought these as a replacement for my old headphones of a similar style that i had for years.These cost more, and were a decent replacement, but after only a few months one of the earpieces has poor connection and im losing sound. Didnt even last a year, pretty dissappointed.

RH side speaker stopped working
This was replacement that was supposed to be warrantied for 12 months. Unit stop working after 5 months and there is nobody to contact for service or replacement!Addended on 10/16/2024, changed from one to four star. With help from Amazon was able to get ahold of seller support. After some discussions and exchange of emails seller replace the faulty unit with a new one. Just received it today. Everything seems to be working and was able to sign for extended 18 month warranty. Really like this unit, got decent sound quality, great battery life, works really great for my needs. I am still disappointed that unit failed after six months, but happy with the customer services, Harper was really helpful in response and relatively quick action.

Low Durability & be wary of the default EQ settings!
I very nearly returned this right out of the box because by default it runs what sounds like a high pass filter and high end shelf. The result is virtually no bass and borderline painfully piercing highs. Double tapping the middle button switches to two modes which sound more tolerable but the overall sound from the other options is either still too loud in the high end or low passed entirely losing any level of crispness. I think I can live with the so called âbalanced modeâ but I wouldnât say Iâm happy with this purchase. If things were a little more odd Iâd return the product.Edit: After only a few months these headphones are essentially broken (the right side only works intermittently). Battery life seems to have gotten worse pretty quickly too.Overall I am fairly disappointed in this product and would not recommend it.

i bought many Bluetooth headsets before this one,only this one fulfills my desire, sounds loud and goodbattery life is bestonly one small issue, the charger hole is a little tight to put in.

As compared to other similar (previous) models, this certainly seems to lack audio quality in terms of audio with high bass, or high gain. Older model BH001’s were far better for sound

Problem after problem
When they first arrived they had an extremely muffled sound. Luckily that was fixed once I took out the speaker covers. But after that the cord it came with stopped charging them. I had an old cord lying around so I was able to keep charging them. BUT THEN the final nail in the coffin was the left ear just randomly completely going out. No matter what I did I couldnât get it working again. Worst part is that Iâve only had them for a few months before the left ear went out. I had my previous pair from a different brand for about 2 years.Sound quality is good once the speaker cover is removed and the battery life is the best Iâve seen. Other than that I canât recommend these earbuds
