Dead on arrival
This probably would have been a beast of a gaming PC if it worked. Unfortunately, when I saw the case I noticed that the GPU was slanted at an angle. I initially thought it wasnât seated in the motherboard correctly but further inspection showed that the PCIe slot was damaged and couldnât hold the GPU.Thatâs not necessarily Yeyianâs fault, it might have happened during transit, but Yeyian doesnât have a technical support number you can call. You have to message them through Amazon about the problem which takes days. I ended up shipping it back which I probably should have been told to do 4 or 5 days earlier by someone I could talk to on the phone. And I got a refund instead of a replacement which is what I actually wanted. The whole thing was a big waste of time and energy. Consider buying your gaming PC at a physical store or building it yourself if you can.

No complaints overall
Arrived in good condition despite shipping in its retail box (not a shipping box). The internal packing foam was a bit of a challenge to remove carefully. All cables and cards and were firmly plugged in, and, after re-installing windows (to resolve a windows activation key issue) and the appropriate NVIDIA GPU drivers, it is running very well. I ran a benchmark program to test how it performed, and everything performed within stated specifications. No significant complaints. The included keyboard and mouse are okay and were useful while setting it up.
