Survived a glass baking dish dropped on it.
Zagg has always been our preferred screen protectors, and we accidentally put it to a difficult challenge a couple of months ago when my husband dropped a glass 9 x 13 baking dish onto his phone. The baking dish shattered on the counter. It did crack the zag screen, however, did not damage the screen of his phone. (He was pulling a glass baking dish down from the top shelf of the cupboard, it slipped out of his hand and fell onto the counter right on top of his phone, which was laying face up.) We were all very surprised that the phone survived unscathed, but we did have to replace the zag shield.

spectacular performance and value, slight fitment issue
i’ve had zagg screen protectors for all of my devices for more years than i can count, and have not once regretted the decision. they take a beating and when it’s too much, it fails so your screen doesn’t. it’s easy to install with no bubbles or blemishes as long as you follow the instructions, and it feels like there’s nothing there at all.this specific product fits the outer dimension of my iPhone 12 Pro Max screen perfectly, but the notch is a little different. the screen size was the same for the 12, 13, and 14 but the notch size changed with the change to dynamic island, so i’m sure Zagg just uses the same product for all the Pro Max boxes.this is all totally understandable when i’m buying an accessory for a 4 year old device, just be aware that what you get might not be a perfect fit. i don’t foresee this having any impact on the protection provided, and i don’t see that it will interfere with any of the sensors located in the notch area. i can see no obstructions when i shine a bright light on the notch.overall would buy again. (in fact, i bought 2 in case these get hard to find)

Ten Year Zagg Customer
I’ve been using these shields for years and I’ve never had issues with my screens. They offer the best protection IMO. This one was a great price because Zagg no longer covers lifetime warranties on their products (limited now) and I didn’t want to pay $39.99 on their site to replace for a third time (Apple screen still in great shape, that’s how good these shields are).

Meh. Underwhelming and ok quality.
Wasn’t easy to install and had bubbles. Even being someone who used to install screen protectors for a living while working at Apple, I found this one from Zagg a bit of a challenging install. The frame wasn’t a good reference point for centering it. The quality was okay and didn’t protect well enough. I shattered my first iPhone screen ever from and unfortunately, was using this protector. Never had shattered one prior.
