Definitely worth the money! Great purchase thus far
I was very pleased with my purchase. It came on time, in great condition, and was as described/met expectations. While I have only had this for two days…A couple things I really like1:Def the 2in1 is awesome! Love being able to easily switch back and forth.2: touchscreen, even when not in tablet mode. It for me at least is super convenient and helpful! Works well and is accurate.3: the size is a great in between. Not too large for a smaller person, for me the perfect functional size (also in my opinion a great size for travel while still having the full functionality of a laptop) And the weight is also not at all to much for portability.4: The key board is also well designed and has good feel and response. Also the backlight is def a nice, practical touch.5: a bonus for me is the ports

Wouldn’t even power up once. Complete junk.
The laptop wouldn’t even power up once. It went to the Blue screen of death, tried to reboot then locked up with a garbled screen. It’s completely junk. The box wasn’t damaged and the laptop physically looked fine so it looks like the company just shipped out a nonworking laptop. Absolutely unacceptable.

Touch screen wonât work
The touchscreen itself is OK, but there is a driver issue with windows that I have yet to resolve. I have gotten the touchscreen to work for a short amount of time by editing windows registry, but it default back after reboot or after a short time after the laptop has been running. Other than that, a works great.

Powerhouse of a little PC!!!
I took a risk on a refurbished machineâI have a big 15.6in laptop but I needed something both more portable and quite powerful for my new job, and this fit the bill exactly. Iâve found that itâs extremely fast and quiet, with good speakers and fully functional keys and buttons! Even more surprising was the battery life: Iâve been able to use it all day without being plugged in, not something I expected from a used computer. It uses a usbc charger, which is great.There were a few cosmetic issues with the case, and for some reason when I received it the entire keyboard was unpleasantly sticky. Fortunately I was able to clean the keyboard with no issue and the tiny scratches and dents were easily concealed with stickers.Update: the battery is even better than I expected!!! I left this little guy in my bag for three days without using it, and it only used up 3% of the battery!!!!

Small, lightweight, FHD, and battery lasts for hours.
This is an awesome 2-in-1. Most others lack decent performance/RAM with a less than FHD screen unless you’re spending a LOT more, but then you get into larger sizes which aren’t as portable. This is the perfect balance between performance, price and size. I use it mainly for motorcycle trips where every bit of space and weight is crucial. And the battery lasts just as long as a macbook pro. My only complaint is the rotation sensor seems a bit slow or low-sensitivity so I have to do a more obvious movement or use a keyboard shortcut to rotate the screen instead. Other than that, 10/10 in my book.

I ordered this laptop and it arrived quickly. It works well. It is lightweight. I wasn’t sure what to expect because it is refurbished but it arrived like it was brand new and I have had no issues with it. A great purchase.

I purchased this product, and it worked great for three weeks. After three weeks the SSD completely failed and I lost a months worth of work for a client. The laptop was refunded but I lost way more than the value of this laptop in the process. Buying this laptop was the worst financial decision I’ve made in years. I am so screwed.

Like many other reviews say, both here and on other websites, the touchpad isn’t especially reliable, but other than that it’s a solid laptop/tablet for the money.ProsVery responsive touchscreenExcellent “bang for the buck” – especially at the refurbished priceNice keyboard feelConsFlaky touchpad – just stops working in some areas at random, then starts working again.Speakers are far from top quality. Don’t recommend watching videos or listening to music with them. Good volume though.Onboard video card is adequate, but that’s all.
